Do minutes expire?
No. Recharged balance never expires.
How do I check remaining time?
After login, check your balance on the dashboard. The system also shows available time when you start an interview.
What if I run out of balance during an interview?
The service will pause. Used time is deducted. Recharge to continue. We recommend checking balance before starting.
Do you offer refunds?
Virtual minutes are non-refundable. Try the free trial first, then recharge if it fits your needs.
