1. Service and Product

This product (Interview Copilot Core / InterviewCC, "the Service") is an AI-assisted learning tool to help you prepare for interviews and improve your performance.

  • All content (hints, reference code, analysis) is for learning only and does not constitute professional advice.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your institution or platform rules.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Use your own judgment.
  • "Learning mode" provides full reference code and is for practice and study only; do not use it during formal interviews. You confirm this when enabling it.

2. Account

  • You must register with a valid phone number.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure; we are not liable for losses due to disclosure.
  • One account per user; creating multiple accounts is not allowed.

3. Fees

Service is billed by the minute:

  • New users receive free minutes.
  • You can purchase more minutes by recharging.
  • Using interview assistance consumes minutes.
  • Recharged minutes are non-refundable; please purchase with care.
  • Minutes do not expire.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Service you must:

  • Not use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Not use the Service for fraud or cheating
  • Not reverse engineer, crack, or gain unauthorized access
  • Not distribute malware or attack the network
  • Not disrupt or damage the Service

5. Intellectual Property

All content and IP of the Service belong to Beijing Shenma Matrix Technology Co., Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without authorization.

Content you create (e.g. resumes, interview records) remains yours; you grant us a license to use it to provide the service.

6. Disclaimer

  • Content is for reference only and does not constitute any guarantee.
  • We are not liable for service interruption or data loss due to force majeure.
  • You bear any loss resulting from your breach of these terms.
  • We are not liable for your interview outcomes.

7. Changes

We may modify or discontinue the Service and will notify users when appropriate. We may restrict or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

8. Terms Updates

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance.

9. Disputes

Disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Jurisdiction: Beijing.
